Egham is in Runnymede rather than Spelthorne, but it is close enough to the workshop to be part of the regular round, and it has a character of its own thanks to the university.
TW20 is covered for visits and collection. Egham is one stop along the line from Staines, so getting a machine between the two is straightforward either way.
With Royal Holloway on the doorstep, a good share of the work is student machines: cracked screens, dead batteries, ports that have given up, and laptops that have slowed to the point of being unusable. Repairs are quoted plainly, and if a machine genuinely is not worth fixing, that gets said rather than dressed up into an expensive job.
